Ingredients

  • cups broccoli 
  • 10.8 ounce campbell's® condensed cream of celery soup fat free 98% canned
  • cups egg noodles hot cooked
  • 0.1 teaspoon garlic powder 
  • medium onion cut into wedges
  • tablespoon soya sauce 
  • pound top round boneless
  • tablespoons vegetable oil 
  • 0.3 cup water

Directions

  1. Slice beef into very thin strips.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in skillet.
  3. Add beef and stir-fry until browned.
  4. Remove beef.
  5. Add remaining oil.
  6. Add broccoli, onion and garlic and stir-fry until tender-crisp.
  7. Add soup, water and soy.
  8. Heat to a boil. Return beef to skillet and heat through.
  9. Serve over egg noodles.
