  • cup knudsen milkfat cottage cheese 2% low fat
  • oz philadelphia cream cheese cubed ()
  •  eggs 
  • 10 oz pkt spinach frozen chopped
  • oz low-moisture part-skim mozzarella cheese shredded kraft
  • cups mostaccioli pasta uncooked
  • 0.3 cup parmesan cheese grated kraft

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375F.
  2. Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt. Meanwhile, cook spinach as directed on package; drain well.
  3. Place in large bowl.
  4. Add cream cheese; stir until melted. Stir in cottage cheese and eggs.
  5. Drain pasta.
  6. Add to spinach mixture with the mozzarella; mix lightly.
  7. Spoon into 8- or 9-inch square baking dish; top with Parmesan.
  8. Bake 25 min. or until heated through.
