  • ounce water chestnuts drained sliced canned
  • 1.5 cups celery sliced
  • tablespoon cornstarch 
  • tablespoon sesame oil dark
  • cup mushrooms fresh sliced
  •  garlic cloves minced
  •  green onions sliced
  • 0.1 teaspoon ground pepper red
  • servings japanese ramen noodles hot
  • 0.3 cup soya sauce

Directions

  1. Stir-fry bell pepper and celery in hot oil in a large skillet 2 to 3 minutes.
  2. Add garlic; stir-fry 1 minute.
  3. Stir together cornstarch, ground red pepper, and soy sauce; add to vegetables, and stir-fry 2 minutes or until thickened.
  4. Add mushrooms, water chestnuts, and green onions; stir-fry 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
  5. Serve over ramen noodles.
