  • large eggs 
  • cup spring onion chopped
  • pound ground sausage sweet italian
  • tablespoons olive oil divided
  • ounces monterrey jack cheese hot sliced

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Cut bread horizontally in half.
  3. Place bread halves, cut side up, on separate baking sheets.
