  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.3 cup vegetable oil 
  • 0.5 teaspoon sugar white

Directions

  1. Stir together bread crumbs, sugar, salt and pepper.
  2. Coat tomatoes in the crumb mixture.
  3. Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry tomatoes for 2 minutes on each side.
  4. Drain on paper towels.
