Ingredients

  • large eggs lightly beaten
  • cup flour all-purpose
  • teaspoon garlic powder 
  • cup italian-seasoned breadcrumbs 
  • ounce lamb rib chops 
  • servings garnishes: lemon wedges fresh
  • teaspoon onion powder 
  • teaspoons paprika 
  • 0.3 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • teaspoon pepper 
  • teaspoon salt 
  • servings vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Stir together first 7 ingredients.
  2. Dredge chops in flour; dip in egg, and dredge in breadcrumb mixture.
  3. Pour vegetable oil to a depth of 1/4 inch into a skillet; fry chops, in batches, over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes on each side.
  4. Garnish, if desired.
  5. * 12 loin chops may be substituted. Cook 3 more minutes on each side.
