Ingredients

  • tablespoons cherry gelatin 
  • tablespoon cornstarch 
  • oz cream cheese softened
  • oz graham crackers 
  • oz bittersweet chocolate melted
  • tablespoons sugar 
  • cups cherries fresh sweet frozen pitted
  • 14 oz condensed milk sweetened canned (not evaporated)
  • cup water 
  • 1.5 cups non-dairy whipped topping frozen thawed

Directions

  1. Beat cream cheese in large bowl until smooth.
  2. Add condensed milk and melted chocolate; beat until creamy. Fold in whipped topping.
  3. Pour into graham cracker crust. Cover; freeze 8 hours or until firm.
  4. Meanwhile, in medium saucepan, combine cherries, sugar and water; mix well. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. In small bowl, combine cornstarch and liqueur; blend well. Stir into boiling cherry mixture. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Cool 15 minutes. Cover; refrigerate 1 hour or until completely cooled.
  5. To serve, place pie in refrigerator for 30 minutes to soften slightly.
  6. Cut into wedges; place on individual dessert plates.
  7. Serve sauce over pie.
