  • oz fruit bits dried
  • medium onion diced
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  • 17.6 oz microwave-ready and rice long grain wild with uncle ben's)
  • cup walnuts toasted chopped

Directions

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and celery, and saut 5 minutes or until tender.
  3. Add broth and fruit; bring to a boil. Cover; reduce heat, and cook 5 minutes or until fruit is softened. Stir in rice; cook, stirring often, 4 minutes or until rice is heated. Stir in walnuts, parsley, and pepper.
