Ingredients

  • large banana chopped
  • 28 2-inch flour tortillas 
  • 1.3 teaspoons ground cinnamon divided
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground nutmeg 
  •  kiwifruit peeled chopped
  • 0.3 cup juice of lemon fresh
  •  delicious apple red chopped
  • pint strawberries fresh chopped
  • 0.3 cup sugar 
  • tablespoons sugar

Directions

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients. Stir together lemon juice, 1/4 cup sugar, nutmeg, and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon; toss with fruit. Chill.
  2. Cut each tortilla into eighths. Arrange pieces on baking sheets. Lightly coat with cooking spray.
  3. Combine remaining 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon and 2 tablespoons sugar.
  4. Sprinkle over tortilla chips.
  5. Bake at 350 for 6 to 8 minutes or until lightly browned.
  6. Serve with fruit salsa.
