  • cup butter softened
  • cups brown sugar packed
  • large eggs 
  • teaspoons vanilla extract 
  • cups oats 
  • 2.5 cups flour all-purpose
  • teaspoon baking soda 
  • teaspoon salt 
  • 14 ounces condensed milk sweetened canned
  • cups semi chocolate chips 
  • tablespoons butter 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • cup walnut pieces chopped
  • teaspoons vanilla extract

Directions

  1. In a bowl, cream butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.

  8. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
