  • oz baker's chocolate unsweetened
  • 0.3 tsp baking soda 
  • cup brown sugar packed
  • 0.5 cup butter 
  • tsp calumet baking powder 
  • cup knudsen cream sour
  •  eggs 
  • 1.5 cups flour 
  • cup granulated sugar 
  • tsp vanilla 
  • cup planters walnuts toasted finely chopped

Directions

  1. Heat oven 350F.
  2. Combine flour, baking powder and baking soda. Microwave chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until butter is melted; stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
  3. Add sugars; mix well. Blend in eggs, sour cream and vanilla.
  4. Add flour mixture; mix well. Stir in nuts.
  5. Spread into 9x5-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  6. Bake 1 hour to 1 hour 10 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool bread in pan 10 min.
  7. Remove from pan to wire rack; cool completely.
