  • 18.3 oz devil's food cake mix 
  •  eggs 
  • 3.9 oz chocolate pudding mix instant
  • 0.8 cup oil 
  • oz semi-sweet chocolate chips 
  • 16 oz cup heavy whipping cream sour
  • servings whipped cream 
  • cup water
