  • 0.1 teaspoon pepper black freshly ground
  • 6.5 ounce clams undrained chopped canned
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper red crushed
  • 0.3 cup parsley fresh chopped
  •  garlic cloves minced
  • 0.5 cup green onions finely chopped
  • ounces pasta uncooked
  • ounce pre mushrooms 
  • tablespoon olive oil 
  • teaspoons olive oil 
  • teaspoon oregano dried
  • 0.3 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat; drain and keep warm.
  2. Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium-high heat until hot.
  3. Add mushrooms, and cook 5 minutes or just until tender.
  4. Remove mushrooms from pan; keep warm.
  5. Add 2 teaspoons olive oil to pan; add clams and next 3 ingredients, stirring often, until mixture comes to a boil. Reduce heat; add cooked mushrooms, onions, and parsley. Cook 2 minutes.
  6. Add pasta, Parmesan cheese, and remaining ingredients. Toss well.
  7. Serve immediately.
