  • 0.3 cup brown sugar packed
  • 0.3 cup butter softened
  • large egg whites 
  • ounces flour all-purpose ( 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons)
  • 0.3 cup granulated sugar 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.3 cup semi chocolate chips 
  • teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Weigh or lightly spoon flour into dry measuring cups; level with a knife.
  2. Combine flour, soda, and salt in a small bowl; stir with a whisk.
  3. Place sugars and butter in a large bowl; beat with a mixer at medium speed until light and fluffy.
  4. Add vanilla and egg whites; beat well.
  5. Add flour mixture; beat at low speed until well blended. Stir in chocolate chips. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
  6. Preheat oven to 35
  7. Divide dough into 6 equal portions; place dough portions 2 inches apart on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
  8. Bake at 350 for 14 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 2 minutes on pan; cool on a wire rack.
