  • 0.5 cup balsamic vinegar 
  • cup butter 
  • 0.5 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  •  crimini mushrooms chopped
  • leaves basil fresh chopped
  • leaves basil fresh chopped
  • cloves garlic chopped
  • tablespoons olive oil 
  • small pasilla peppers mixed sweet julienned
  • 16 ounce d gnocchi 
  • 0.5 cup onion diced red
  • servings salt to taste

Directions

  1. Cook the gnocchi according to package directions; drain.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
