  • ounce cream cheese softened
  • ounce cream cheese softened
  •  egg yolk 
  •  eggs 
  • 11 ounces goat cheese softened
  • 0.3 cup commercial pesto sauce 
  • 72 servings chunky tomato salsa

Directions

  1. Coat a 9-inch springform pan with cooking spray; set aside.
  2. Combine cheeses; beat at medium-high speed of an electric mixer until smooth.
  3. Add eggs, egg yolk, and pesto sauce; beat until well blended.
  4. Pour into prepared pan.
  5. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely on a wire rack.
  6. Invert cheese mixture onto a serving platter, and top with Chunky Tomato Salsa. To serve, spread about 1 tablespoon cheese and salsa mixture on each Melba round.
