  • oz water plain
  • oz yogurt plain fat free
  • oz feta cheese crumbled
  • teaspoon lemon zest grated
  • tablespoon juice of lemon 
  • medium plum tomatoes seeded chopped (Roma)
  • tablespoons spring onion chopped (2 medium)
  • tablespoons kalamata olives pitted quartered
  •  cucumber thinly sliced
  • large bell pepper red cut into 15 (1 1/4-inch) squares
  • 30  pita chips

  1. In medium bowl, mix hummus, yogurt, feta cheese, lemon peel and lemon juice.
  2. Spread on shallow serving plate or pie plate. Top with tomato, green onions and olives.
