  • 16 servings parsley fresh italian chopped
  • cup shrimp cooked chopped
  • 0.3 cup butter unsalted melted ()

Directions

  1. Whisk mayonnaise and next 3 ingredientsin medium bowl. Gently mix in crabmeat,shrimp, celery, and onion. Season fillingwith salt and pepper.
  2. Arrange 4 bread slices on work surface.
  3. Spread 1/4 of filling on each slice (about1/2 cup). Top filling with bread slice; pressto adhere.
  4. Brush top bread slice of eachsandwich with melted butter.
  5. Place large griddle over 2 burners.
  6. Heatgriddle over medium heat.
  7. Place sandwiches,buttered side down, on griddle. Cook untilbottom is golden brown, 6 to 7 minutes.
  8. Brushtop of each sandwich with melted butter.Using metal spatula, turn sandwiches over.Cook until bottom is golden, about 5 minutes.
  9. Cut each sandwich into quarters.
  10. Transfer to platter.
