  • teaspoon lemon rind grated
  • tablespoon olive oil 
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper 
  • 0.3 cup pineapple fresh finely chopped
  •  plum tomatoes seeded chopped
  • 0.1 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.3 teaspoon sugar
