  • 0.3 cup canola oil plus more for brushing dough

  • tablespoon dehydrated onion 
  • teaspoon freeze strawberries 
  • 0.3 cup cilantro leaves fresh chopped
  • tablespoon garlic powder 
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cumin 
  • teaspoon ground cumin 
  • tablespoon pepper black
  • servings honey 
  •  juice of lime juiced
  • tablespoon onion powder 
  • 16 ounce pizza dough store-bought
  •  plum tomatoes diced finely
  • 0.3 cup onion diced red finely
  • tablespoon onion diced red finely
  • tablespoons big daddy's taco rub plus more for seasoning, recipe follows

Directions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Pound out chicken breast between 2 pieces of plastic wrap and place in a shallow dish.
  3. Combine the oil and Taco Rub in a small bowl and sprinkle over the chicken.
  4. Let marinate for 30 minutes. Grill chicken on both sides until cooked through, about 8 minutes total.
  5. Transfer to a cutting board and allow to cool. Dice chicken into bite-sized pieces and set aside.

  10. Remove from grill. and place on serving plates. Top the pizzas with Guacamole, and Lime Chipotle Salsa, in desired amounts. Dollop sour cream on top and garnish with chopped cilantro.
  11. In a small bowl, mix all ingredients together and reserve. Can be stored, covered, up to 1 month in a sterilized container.

  14. Drizzle in honey, to taste, if salsa is too hot.
