  • 0.5  avocado pitted ripe peeled
  • lb beef sirloin steak boneless
  • 0.3 cup olives black sliced
  • cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • dash chili powder 
  • 0.3 cup lite house dressing italian kraft
  • 0.3 cup onions red sliced
  • cups torn salad greens mixed
  • 20  saltines

Directions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Sprinkle steak with chili powder. Grill 5 to 7 min. on each side or until medium doneness (160F).
  3. Remove from grill; cover loosely with foil.
  4. Let stand 5 min.
  5. Meanwhile, toss greens with tomatoes, onions and olives; place on serving platter.
  6. Place dressing and avocados in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
  7. Cut steak across the grain into thin slices; place over salad.
  8. Drizzle with dressing mixture.
  9. Serve with the crackers.
