  • 0.3 cup flour all-purpose
  • tablespoons garlic minced
  • pound ground beef 
  • 0.8 cup marsala wine dry
  • 0.5 cup mushrooms sliced
  • 0.5 cup water

Directions

  1. Cook the ground beef with the garlic and mushrooms in a large skillet over high heat until no pink remains, about 10 minutes; do not drain.
  2. Add the flour and continue to cook for five minutes.
  3. Pour in the Marsala wine, sherry, and water. Stir and bring to a boil; reduce heat to low and simmer covered for 10 minutes.
  4. Serve over the pasta of your choice.
