Ingredients

  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper black
  •  canadian bacon cut into 1-inch pieces (such as Hormel)
  • teaspoon ground mustard dry
  • large egg whites 
  • large eggs 
  •  muffins gluten-free split english cubed toasted
  • cups milk 1% low-fat
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder 
  • 0.3 teaspoon hot sauce hot (such as Tabasco)
  • ounces sharp cheddar cheese shredded reduced-fat
  • teaspoon worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. Combine muffin cubes and Canadian bacon in a 13 x 9inch baking dish coated with cooking spray; sprinkle with cheese.
  2. Beat eggs and egg whites with a mixer at medium speed until blended.
  3. Add milk and next 5 ingredients, beating at low speed until blended.
  4. Pour egg mixture over muffin mixture. Cover and chill at least 2 hours or overnight.
  5. Preheat oven to 35
  6. Remove casserole from refrigerator, and let stand while oven preheats. Uncover casserole, and bake at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes or until browned.
  7. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
