  • 1.5 cups ham diced cooked
  • large eggs 
  • tablespoons flour all-purpose
  • 30 ounce pastry shells frozen
  • ounces cheddar cheese shredded
  • cup whipping cream 

Equipment

Directions

  1. Place pastry shells on a baking sheet.
  2. Bake at 325 for 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Stir together cheese and flour.
  3. Whisk together eggs and whipping cream; stir in cheese mixture and diced ham. Cover and chill 8 hours, if desired. Spoon mixture evenly into prepared pastry shells.
  4. Place on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake at 325 for 25 minutes.
  6. Note: You can make ahead and freeze baked tartlets. Thaw, and bake tartlets again at 325 for 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
