  • 1.3 cups finely-chopped ham diced fully cooked finely
  • ounces gouda cheese shredded
  • 0.3 cup sun-dried tomatoes drained chopped in oil
  • tablespoons cream sour
  • 0.3 cup spring onion chopped
  • 34.6 ounces puff pastry frozen thawed

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400°.
  2. Mix all ingredients except pastry.
  3. Cut pastry into circles with 2 1/2- to 3-inch round cookie cutter or pastry wheel. Spoon about 1 rounded teaspoon ham mixture on center of each circle; brush edges with water. Fold each circle over filling, pressing edges to seal.
  4. Place in ungreased jelly roll pan, 15 1/2x10 1/2x1 inch.
