Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups broccoli florets green frozen thawed drained giant® (from 12-oz bag)
  • cup chicken breast strips/pre-cooked/chopped cooked
  •  eggs fat-free
  • cup skim milk fat-free (skim)
  • 0.5 cup onion chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • oz sharp cheddar cheese shredded reduced-fat
  • 0.5 cup baking mix bisquick heart smart®

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 9-inch glass pie plate with cooking spray.
  2. Layer broccoli, 1/2 cup of the cheese, the chicken and onion in pie plate.
  3. In medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix, milk, salt, peper and eggs with wire whisk or fork until blended.
  4. Pour into pie plate.
  5. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  6. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
  7. Bake 3 to 4 minutes longer or just until cheese is melted. Cool 5 minutes.
