  • tablespoons sesame seed black toasted
  • 0.3 pound cabbage very thinly sliced
  • cup edamame frozen shelled thawed
  •  finger chile red finely chopped
  • large cloves garlic minced finely grated
  • piece ginger finely grated peeled
  • 0.3 cup honey 
  • ounces pasta whole-wheat
  • servings salt 
  • small bunch scallions very thinly sliced
  • tablespoons sherry vinegar 
  • 0.3 cup soya sauce 
  • 0.3 cup vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Add the noodles and cook until al dente, then drain. Meanwhile, combine the honey, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, ginger and chile in a large bowl, then whisk in the oil.
  3. Add the cabbage, edamame, scallions and noodles, and toss to combine.
  4. Sprinkle with the sesame seeds.
