  • tablespoons canola oil 
  •  fresno chiles finely chopped
  • pound pasta like spaghetti cooked drained
  • tablespoon optional: dill finely chopped
  • cup cooking wine dry white
  • tablespoons flat-leaf parsley fresh finely chopped
  • tablespoon mint leaves fresh finely chopped
  • cloves garlic minced
  • teaspoons lemon zest finely grated
  • pound lump crab meat picked over
  • servings olive oil extra-virgin
  • servings salt and pepper black freshly ground

Directions

  1. Heat the canola oil in a large high-sided saute pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the chiles and garlic and cook until soft and the garlic is pale golden brown.
  3. Add the wine and cook until reduced.
  4. Add the crab and cook until just heated through.
  5. Add the pasta and some of the cooking water to the pan and cook for another minute. Stir in the parsley, dill, mint, lemon zest.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
