  • pound pork loin boneless lean cut into cubes

  • 14.5 ounce canned tomatoes diced undrained canned
  • 10 ounce whole-kernel corn frozen
  • tablespoons flour all-purpose
  • 10 ounce baby lima beans frozen
  • 0.3 teaspoon garlic powder 
  • 0.5 teaspoon hot sauce 
  • cups chicken broth low-sodium
  • cup onion chopped ( 1 medium)
  • 0.3 teaspoon onion powder 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • tablespoons water

Directions

  1. Coat a Dutch oven with cooking spray; place over medium-high heat until hot.
  2. Add pork and onion; cook 5 minutes or until pork is browned, stirring frequently.
  3. Add tomato and next 9 ingredients to pan. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 40 minutes.
  4. Combine flour and water; stir until smooth; add to stew. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
