Ingredients

  • teaspoons chicken-flavored bouillon granules 
  • teaspoon onion flakes dried
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs dry fine
  • 24 ounce farm-raised catfish fillets 
  • 0.3 cup flour all-purpose
  • 1.5 teaspoons dillweed fresh chopped
  • tablespoon parsley fresh chopped
  • 1.5 teaspoons thyme leaves fresh chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon garlic powder 
  • teaspoon paprika

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 40
  2. Combine first 9 ingredients. Coat fish with cooking spray; dredge in breadcrumb mixture.
  3. Place fish on rack of a broiler pan coated with cooking spray.
  4. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
  5. Serve immediately.
