Ingredients

  • medium potatoes diced peeled
  • cups water 
  • large onion chopped
  • 0.3 cup butter cubed
  • 0.3 cup flour all-purpose
  • teaspoon salt 
  • 0.5 teaspoon thyme dried
  • 0.3 teaspoon rosemary dried crushed
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  • 1.5 cups milk 2%

Directions
