  • 0.3 cup almond toasted sliced
  • 13 ounce brie cheese round 
  • 13 ounces quartet cracker assortment pepperidge farm®
  • 0.3 cup cranberry dried
  •  eggs 
  • 12 servings flour all-purpose
  • 0.5  .3-ounce package puff pastry sheets thawed pepperidge farm® (1 sheet)
  • 0.5 cup raspberry jam seedless
  • tablespoon water

Directions

  1. Heat the oven to 400F. Beat the egg and water in a small bowl with a fork.
  2. Sprinkle the flour on the work surface. Unfold the pastry sheet on the work surface.
  3. Roll the pastry sheet into a 14-inch square.
  4. Spread the preserves on the pastry to within 2 inches of the edge.
  5. Sprinkle with the cranberries and almonds.
  6. Place the cheese in the center of the pastry. Fold the pastry up over the cheese to cover. Trim the excess pastry and press to seal.
  7. Brush the seam with the egg mixture.
  8. Place seam-side down onto a baking sheet. Decorate with the pastry scraps, if desired.
  9. Brush with the egg mixture.
  10. Bake for 20 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown.
  11. Let stand for 45 minutes.
  12. Serve with the crackers.
