  • lb ground beef 80% lean (at least )
  • 0.3 cup onion finely chopped
  •  eggs beaten
  • cup breadcrumbs plain
  • teaspoon seasoning italian
  • 0.5 cup catsup 
  • 0.5 cup milk 
  • 0.3 cup catsup

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, mix Meatloaf ingredients well. Press mixture in ungreased 8x4-inch loaf pan.
  2. Bake 40 minutes.
  3. Remove from oven.
  4. Spread 1/4 cup ketchup evenly over top.
  5. Bake an additional 15 to 20 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted in center of loaf reads 160°F.
  6. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
