Ingredients

  • 2.5 rolled oats 
  • 0.3 ground flaxseed 
  • 0.3 oat bran 
  • 0.3 wheat bran 
  • 0.5 tsp salt 
  • tsp double-acting baking powder 
  • tsp cinnamon 
  • 0.3 sugar substitute 
  • 0.3 coconut flakes unsweetened flaked fine (I used but it'd be to use sweetened.)

  • 0.3 honey sweet (I prefer less sweetness in my granola bars, so if you like , you may want to add more.)
  •  eggs beaten
  • tsp vanilla extract 
  • small apples finely chopped
  • 0.7 almonds chopped

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 35
  2. Spray 9x13 pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. In a large bowl, stir together the oats, flax seed, oat bran, wheat bran, salt, powder, cinnamon, sugar substitute, and coconut until well combined.
  4. Add in the milk, honey, egg, and vanilla. Stir until combined.
  5. Stir in the apples and almonds.
  6. Press into pan.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until edges start to brown.
  8. Let cool for 10 minutes, then cut into bars.
  9. Let cool completely.
