  • Tbsp gingerroot grated
  • Tbsp honey 
  • lb pork tenderloin 
  • Tbsp soya sauce

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients except meat; pour over meat in shallow dish. Turn to evenly coat meat. Refrigerate 6 hours to marinate.
  2. Heat oven to 400F.
  3. Remove meat from marinade; place in shallow pan. Discard marinade.
  4. Bake 25 to 30 min. or until done (145F).
  5. Let stand 3 min.
