  • 0.1 teaspoon pepper black freshly ground
  • ounce block softened
  • tablespoon dijon mustard 
  • 0.3 cup breadcrumbs dry
  • cup curd cottage cheese fat-free
  •  garlic clove minced
  • tablespoons green onion chopped
  • teaspoon hot sauce 
  • tablespoons juice of lemon 
  • 0.5 teaspoon lemon rind grated
  • pound lump crab meat 
  • tablespoons parmesan cheese fresh grated
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • 1.5 teaspoons worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 37
  2. Combine first 9 ingredients in a food processor; process until smooth.
  3. Combine cottage cheese mixture, cream cheese, and onion in a large bowl; gently fold in crab.
  4. Place crab mixture in an 11 x 7-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray.
  5. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with Parmesan and breadcrumbs.
  7. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes or until lightly golden.
