  • cup evaporated milk 
  • 0.5 cup sugar 
  • tablespoons butter 
  • teaspoon vanilla 
  •  eggs 
  • 8.3 ounces apricots mashed drained canned
  • 0.3 cup apricot preserves 
  • serving garnish: whipped cream sweetened
  • 0.5 cup frangelico
