Ingredients

  • oz chilis green drained chopped well canned
  • oz cheddar cheese shredded
  • teaspoon cilantro leaves fresh chopped
  • 1.5 cups milk 
  •  eggs 
  • serving salsa thick
  • 0.8 cup frangelico

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 9-inch glass pie plate with cooking spray.
  2. Sprinkle chiles, cheese and cilantro in pie plate.
  3. In medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix, milk and eggs until blended.
  4. Pour into pie plate.
  5. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  6. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
  7. Serve with salsa.
