  •  bell pepper green cut into rings
  • 0.3 cup spring onion chopped
  • 1.5 cups ham smoked boneless cubed fully cooked
  • cup milk 
  • 0.1 teaspoon pepper 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • ounces swiss cheese shredded
  •  tomatoes sliced
  • 0.5 cup baking mix original bisquick®

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400ºF. Grease 9-inch pie plate.
  2. Sprinkle ham, cheese and onions in pie plate.
  3. Stir Bisquick mix, milk, salt, pepper and eggs until blended.
  4. Pour into pie plate.
  5. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes.
