  • tablespoon breadcrumbs soft

  • tablespoon parsley fresh chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon garlic powder 
  • ounces ground round 
  • ounces ground veal 
  • 1.5 teaspoons catsup 
  • tablespoons catsup 
  • tablespoons onion chopped
  • Dash salt 
  • 0.3 teaspoon worcestershire sauce low-sodium

Directions

  1. Combine first 10 ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring well. Shape mixture into 2 (5 1/2-inch) loaves.
  2. Place loaves on a rack in a roasting pan coated with cooking spray.
  3. Spread 1 tablespoon ketchup over each loaf.
  4. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
  5. Remove from oven; let stand 5 minutes.
