Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup apricots dried chopped
  • 0.5 cup peaches dried chopped
  •  eggs beaten
  • tablespoon orange marmalade 
  • 0.5 cup prune- cut to pieces dried chopped
  • teaspoon pumpkin pie spice 
  • 1.8 cups self-rising flour 
  • cup sugar 
  • cup strong tea hot

Directions

  1. Combine dried fruit and tea in a large bowl; cover and let stand overnight.
  2. Add next 3 ingredients to fruit mixture; stir well. Gradually add flour, mixing well.
  3. Spoon batter into a greased 9- inch square pan.
  4. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
  5. Cut into squares.
  6. Serve with butter, if desired.
