Johnsonville Zesty Italian Sausage Pasta

Ingredients

• 2 cups broccoli florets 
• 14.5 ounce roma tomatoes diced italian canned
• 10.5 ounce chicken broth canned
• 1 teaspoon garlic minced
• 16 ounce pasta 
• 3 tablespoons olive oil 
• 19.8 ounce mild sausage links to package directions and coin italian johnsonville®
• 1 small onion sweet thinly sliced

Equipment

Directions

1. Prepare sausage according to directions. Cool slightly; cut into 1/4-in. slices. Prepare pasta according to package directions.
2. In a large saucepan, saute the onion and garlic in olive oil until tender. Stir in tomatoes and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer.
3. Add the broccoli and cooked pasta. Cook until broccoli is tender, about 5 minutes.
4. Add sausage; toss to combine.
