  • cup carrots shredded
  • 0.3 cup creamy peanut butter 
  •  green onions sliced
  • cup pea pods 
  • cups cabbage shredded red
  • 0.5 cup planters lightly roasted peanuts salted dry chopped
  • cups romaine lettuce loosely packed chopped
  • tsp sriracha sauce hot ( chili sauce)

Directions

  1. Whisk dressing, peanut butter and Sriracha sauce until blended; spread onto bottom of clear 2-1/2-qt. bowl.
  2. Cover with layers of remaining ingredients.
  3. Toss salad with dressing mixture just before serving.
