  • tsp adobo seasoning 
  • 0.5 lb mexican chorizo 
  • cup knudsen cream sour
  •  eggs 
  • 0.3 cup flour 
  • cloves garlic minced
  • oz monterrey jack cheese shredded kraft
  • small onion chopped
  • cup picante sauce 
  •  poblano chiles seeded quartered

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Brown chorizo in large skillet on medium heat; drain.
  2. Add onions, garlic and adobo seasoning; mix well. Cook and stir until onions are tender. Stir in the picante sauce; simmer 5 min.
  3. Beat eggs lightly in medium bowl.
  4. Add sour cream and flour; mix well. Stir in the cheese.
  5. Layer half each of the chiles, sausage mixture and egg mixture in greased 8-inch square baking dish. Repeat layers.
  6. Bake 35 min. or until center is set.
