  • 0.5 cup cucumber seeded finely chopped
  • oz feta cheese crumbled
  • tablespoon parsley fresh chopped
  • tablespoons spring onion chopped (2 medium)
  • cup water plain (from 7-oz container)
  • 0.5 cup kalamata olives pitted coarsely chopped
  • oz optional: lemon 
  • teaspoon juice of lemon fresh
  • servings pita chips

  • 0.1 teaspoon salt

  1. In small bowl, mix yogurt, feta cheese, parsley, lemon juice and salt.
