  • oz albacore tuna - sashimi grade drained well canned
  • oz approx cream cheese spread 
  • 48  round buttery crackers 
  • tablespoon parsley fresh chopped
  •  hardboiled eggs finely chopped
  • teaspoon seasoning italian
  • 0.5 cup kalamata olives pitted cut in half
  •  shallots finely chopped
  • medium tomatoes seeded coarsely chopped
