  •  cucumber diced
  • 0.3 cup mint leaves fresh chopped
  • cup olives green sliced
  •  green onions thinly sliced
  • 0.3 cup juice of lemon fresh
  • 0.3 cup olive oil 
  •  pita breads halved
  •  radishes sliced
  •  bell pepper green red chopped
  • head romaine lettuce chopped
  • tablespoon salt to taste
  • tablespoons sumac powder 
  •  tomatoes diced
