  •  carrots sliced
  • stalk celery sliced
  • 0.5 cup farfalle pasta uncooked (bow-tie pasta)
  • 28 oz chicken broth fat-free reduced-sodium canned
  • Tbsp oil 
  • 0.5 cup onions chopped
  •  env. seasons dressing mix italian good
  • cups turkey cubed cooked
  • cups water 

Equipment

  • sauce pan

Directions

  1. Heat oil in large saucepan on medium heat.
  2. Add onions, carrots and celery; cook 3 to 5 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
  3. Stir in broth, water and dressing mix. Bring to boil.
  4. Add turkey and pasta; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 10 to 12 min. or until pasta is tender.
