  • cups farfalle pasta uncooked
  • 0.5 cup basil fresh loosely packed thinly sliced
  •  garlic clove minced
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  • tablespoon juice of lemon 
  • teaspoon lemon zest grated
  • teaspoons olive oil 
  • 0.3 cup parmesan shredded
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
