  • 2.5 tablespoons juice of lemon 
  • ounce nonfat lemon yogurt 
  • 0.5 cup sugar white

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C.)
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in flour. Beat in lemon juice and egg substitute. Stir in yogurt.
  3. Pour into crust.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes, or until filling is set. Allow to cool. Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
